The price we quote is the price you pay.
Servicing starts from $179. That covers the service and health check of your existing system on a standard, accessible single-tank system. That means relief and tempering valves tested, anode inspected, tank drained and flushed, element, thermostat or burner tested, and every fitting checked. If a part needs replacing, you get the price in writing first and you decide. There's no pressure and no obligation.
Usually, yes. A service is a fraction of the cost of a new system, and it often adds years to a tank. If yours is past saving, we'll tell you straight and give you a fixed replacement price instead of spending your money on a lost cause.
If a fault is ever traced back to our workmanship, we come back and fix it free, for life. The manufacturer's warranty covers the product on top of that.
